AIRPORT ARRIVALS

Upon arrival into the Honolulu International Airport, please give us a call at (808) 739-0007 while you are headed to baggage claim. The dispatcher will either request your phone number or give you the phone number of your Driver. After you have collected your bags, please proceed to the “Permitted Parking” area, which is located in the center median in marked GREEN AREA.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS

Once you have cleared customs, exit the doors from the customer building. You will make an immediate right to the pedestrian crosswalk between number 8 and 9 (you will see those numbers on the wall), cross over to the center median and you will see your Driver with reserved vehicle to your right.

BAGGAGE B – Hawaiian Airlines Continental Flights

Exit baggage claim “B”, make an immediate left to the parking lot where you will see your Driver waiting for you.

BAGGAGE C – Hawaiian Airlines Inter-Island Flights & Hawaiian Airlines Continental Flights (Evening)

Exit baggage claim “C”, make an immediate right to the parking lot where you will see your Driver waiting for you.

BAGGAGE D – Delta Airlines & Alaska Airlines

Exit baggage claim “D”, make an immediate left to the first pedestrian crosswalk between number 8 and 9 (you will see those numbers on the wall), cross over to the center median and you will see your Driver with reserved vehicle to your right.

BAGGAGE E – West Jet, US Airway, Air Pacific, Omni and Air Canada

Exit baggage claim “E”, make an immediate right to the first crosswalk (between E and F), cross over to the center median and you will see your Driver with reserved vehicle to your right.

BAGGAGE F – US Airways

Exit baggage claim “F”, make an immediate left to the first crosswalk (between E and F) cross over to the center median and you will see your Driver with reserved vehicle to your left.

BAGGAGE G – American Airlines & Continental Airlines

Exit baggage claim “G”, make an immediate right to the crosswalk (between G and H), cross the crosswalk 2 times to the third sidewalk and you will see your Driver with a reserved vehicle.

BAGGAGE H – United Airlines

Exit baggage claim “H”, make an immediate right to the crosswalk (between G and H), cross the crosswalk 2 times to the third sidewalk and you will see your Driver with a reserved vehicle.
